Awesome experience, great service and food!!!

Staying at Shana while at Manuel Antonio the best decision we made. The hotel has such a great service, amenities and espacious rooms that made us feel really happy and just right at home.

The COVID-19 guidelines for safety are strictly followed and they made us feel safe in such times. There's alcohol everywhere, the tables are cleaned before each guest and the staff wears all the safety equipment.

The food at the restaurant is amazing, if you go for breakfast get the Shana. I couldn't get myself to order anything else! Staff is super nice and Marita the waitress was super nice to us and made everything she could to make us happy. She even made puppet balloons for us!

Also the hotel has private beach access and is filled with animals such as monkeys and toucans! You really get the whole tropical experience.

It was a really awesome and we can't wait to be back!

I am writing this on my last day here at Shana. We are humbled By everyone’s hospitality and friendliness. Javier was our waiter at breakfast most days and should be treasured as an employee - he was friendly professional and made us feel like family. We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon And staff went out of their way to do something special for our room we can’t say thank you enough we will be recommending this property to all our friends and family.

SHANA Hotel & Spa

I recently had the opportunity to enjoyed Shana Hotel and Spa in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Shana is a magical place in the Costa Rican jungle just 10 minutes down a private natural staircase to the paradisiacal beach of Biesanz. In my short stay I enjoyed the magnificent attention of the staff and the kindness and professionalism of Herman, one of the Managers. The pool is one of Shana's top amenities and I dare say that the drinks at the outdoor bar were among the best I had in Costa Rica. I really can't wait to go back to Manuel Antonio.
