Great customer experience
Shana by the beach is a beautiful place to stay.  Excellent customer service, beautiful views everywhere you go.  The food is absolutely amazing.  So fresh and the drinks are great!  Javier was one of our servers and he went above and beyond with us.  Our first morning we arrived late for breakfast.  He made it a point to reopen everything they had just cleaned up to prepare us a great breakfast.  I would definitely recommend this place! Amazing service!! Great staff
Brandon was amazing!! He was so accommodating, especially as we are a vegan family. 
We had such an amazing time at the Shana hotel!! All the staff was amazing!!! We didn’t want to leave.

Great food and pleasant dinner!

Heavenly Resort
Great hotel in a quiet location, rooms were nice and the staff were very accommodating. Jairo was great and fulfilled every ask promptly. He was always around to drive you up the hill to the restaurant, pool with a smile. The restaurant has excellent views and the service is very prompt. Brandon spoke well and was very accommodating even with out of norm requests.

Three weeks of pura vida!
We spent almost three weeks at the Shana.  It was a wonderful experience thanks to the beauty of the surroundings and the quality of the hotel.  From the moment we checked in to the farewell mimosa we were given at our last breakfast, we were made to feel welcome by all the staff.  We need to thank in particular amigos Taylor, Javier and Joao for their friendly, attentive service, and chef Allan for his varied and excellent menu.  We want to pay special tribute to sushi Chef Veronica for preparing some of the best sushi rolls we have ever tasted. Beautiful Hotel and view
Great view from Rm #329, Superior Ocean view. About $200 night with free breakfast. 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. Trail behind hotel down to a semi-private beach.
Best thing about this hotel is the staff, too many to name but great people and always eager to assist you. Kevin the golf cart guy hauled our stuff up to room and and golf carts always around to haul you up the hill. Wait staff fantastic and the pool bar and the restaurant, ones i remember at the moment are Gregory, Taylor M & Sebastian. Sebastian was at the bar a lot and was awesome. Happy hour at pool 3-6 pm was highlight of our stay each day. Only a few kids who kept to the Pool by the restaurant.  Restaurant is reasonable. Stone fired pizza’s were the best and they will customize for you.

Great restaurant, great service!

Amazing 🤩
Amazing hotel, Amazing staff. This place is definitely paradise, surrounded by Lush green jungle, clean rooms and so many choices for the breakfast. Everyone’s so attentive and they do go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Brandon was amazing, he was just a call away, he’ll make everything available to you within seconds. All you have to do is just ask for it.

Le meilleur au Costa Rica
Après deux semaines partout dans le pays, nous avons fini au Shana à Manuel Antonio. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous avons visité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien maintenu. Le restaurant est le meilleur dans la ville, nous avons vraiment très bien mangé. Tout le personel etait sympa et serviable. Bon nous etions très satisfaits et contents. Nous allons revenir le mois de décembre. Merci .
